From November 3, 2010 to November 6, 2010, ALSI Chief Investigator Allen L. Stidger attended the International Association for Asset Recovery (IAAR) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The three day conference featured internationally renowned experts in the field of asset tracing and recovery.

Having quailifIed to sit for the examination to become one of the nation’s first Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery (CSAR) , on November 6, 2010, Chief Investigator Stidger took the certification examination. In December of 2010, Investigator Stidger was advised by the IAAR that he passed the CSAR examination to become one of the first 25 in the US (and world) to become a Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery.

Coupled with previous extensive experience as an FBI Special Agent conducting complex fraud and financial, money laundering, asset forfeiture and terrorism finance investigations, the Certified Specialist in Asset Recovery training provided by the International Association for Asset Recovery will further enhance ALSI’s ability to locate and recover purloined or concealed assets.   In addition, ALS Investigation is now accepting court appointments as a Turnover Receiver to provide judicially ordered post judgment collection.

ALS Investigations will perform Turnover Receiver duties on a Contingency Fee basis.  The ALSI asset recovery team consists of four different skill sets to include a (1) Licensed Attorney, (2) Licensed Accountant, (3)  Financial Analyst, and (4) Licensed Private Investigator.   The combination of legal, accounting and investigative training and experience provided by ALSI is the worst nightmare for a Defendant who attempting to avoid payment of a civil judgment.  For further information on the Turnover Receiver services of ALSI call (817) 744-7808.
